Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging where possible.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
